Membership Matters selected by The Royal British Legion as Strategic Membership Partner

Membership Matters is delighted to have been selected as a strategic membership partner by The Royal British Legion (TRBL), supporting the TRBL’s membership strategy and placing member experience at the heart of the organisation.

Membership Matters will help TRBL understand the key behaviours and related segmentation of its huge membership, to better serve the needs of existing members, whilst investigating innovative ways to attract and retain a new, diverse membership.

“It brings us genuine pride to be able to partner with such an important organisation” said David Douglas, CEO at Membership Matters. “Our shared values of putting members at the heart of activities in order to make a deep and lasting impact, is what makes this partnership such a natural fit”

For almost nine years Membership Matters has been a leading membership consultancy, supporting some of the UK’s best-known membership organisations, creating bespoke strategies and refining operational processes to great effect. The results are expanded membership growth, increased engagement and refined operational efficiency.  Experience we are already applying at TRBL.

“Membership Matters have been key in helping us to start developing an exciting new approach to improving membership communications, recruitment and retention” said Sandra Fruish, Assistant Director of Membership, at The Royal British Legion.

“They have enabled us to better understand the needs and behaviours of our current members and potential new members, and this has been vital in taking us in a new direction when engaging with the membership,” said Sandra.
