Recruitment process overview

  1. Assignment introduction
    What type of role are you looking to fill? Which channels do you want to work in? We leverage our extensive network to help place everybody from membership directors and managers through to coordinators, developers, marketing, social media, account management and membership sales / development professionals.
  2. Selection and assessments
    We assess all our candidates through competency-based questioning, assessing their skillset, level of experience and drivers. We also find out their motivational factors, to ensure a good match that thrives on the right values. The why is very important in membership orientated roles.
  3. Shortlist We shortlist selected candidates using interview summaries and assessments. However, if you’d like us to support in-house interviews we can be there. We’ll even bring our own tea mugs.
  4. Follow-up
    Membership Matters works with consultants that are setting industry standards. It gives us the edge to do things a little different, which is why we can offer a satisfaction guarantee.
