Membership Matters selected by The RSA as Strategic Research Partner

Membership Matters is delighted to have been selected as strategic research partner by The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (RSA), supporting the RSA’s Fellowship strategy and placing Fellows’ experience at the heart of the organisation.

Membership Matters will help the RSA understand the key behaviours and related segmentation of its huge global membership, to better serve the needs of existing Fellows, whilst developing innovative ways to attract and retain a new, diverse Fellowship.

“It brings us genuine pride to be able to partner with such an important organisation” said David Douglas, CEO at Membership Matters. “Our shared values of harnessing members to affect real change is what makes this partnership such a natural fit”

For almost ten years Membership Matters has been a leading research consultancy, supporting some of the UK’s best-known membership organisations in developing optimised pathways for members to join, engage and renew.  Experience that is already being applied at The RSA.

“Membership Matters have been key in helping us to start developing an exciting new approach to improving Fellowship recruitment and engagement” said Sam Fletcher, Head of Fellowship Development and Services, at The RSA.

“They have enabled us to better understand the needs and behaviours of current and potential Fellows, taking us in a new direction when shaping the proposition and demonstrating value to the Fellowship,” said Sam.
