Membership Matters selected by SET as Membership Research Partner

Membership Matters is pleased to announce a new membership research partnership with The Society for Education and Training (SET), part of the Education and Training Foundation (ETF).

In the face of the pandemic, SET members – teachers, trainers, educators and support staff have had to navigate new ways of teaching, delivering education and training in a rapidly evolving landscape. They’re the cornerstone for many students and families in uncertain times, and are often unsung heroes” said Maria Fager, Head of Projects at Membership Matters

“SET’s aims of putting this group, it’s members at the heart of their activities and delivering real value, in tough times aligns with Membership Matters values and key strengths in developing segmented value propositions and optimised pathways for members to join, engage and renew.”

“We engaged Membership Matters to provide the actionable insight that would allow us deliver extended value to our members, and assist us to raise the status and champion the quality of teaching and training across further education,” said Martin Reid, Director at the Society for Education and Training. “We are pleased to have a partner which has significant and specialised experience in the professional membership sector.
